We began making salsa years ago at the fire station where I worked, and it became an instant hit. Years later, we bought an old home with a 20-year established small muscadine vineyard, and began making wine. What started as a personal hobby, soon developed into a small business of wine and salsa making. We wanted to give back to the community by making our products available by producing and selling wine, and opening a you-pick produce farm. Our goal is to provide locally owned, locally grown organic products that are not only delicious, but healthy, as well. Muscadines have some of the highest cancer fighting properties than any other grape in the world, and our produce is as organic as the good Lord can make it!
